Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 is the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi and together with the Government’s environmental and economic policies, will provide the necessary framework to guide planning decisions for the next quarter of a century and establish Abu Dhabi as a leader in world-class, sustainable developments.
