A word from the CEO

I am very pleased to announce the acheivement of another major milestone for Capitala as we have now"Topped Out" our 5 Towers at Rihan Heights. Rihan Heights will soon be great addition to the development of Abu Dhabi's growing high end residential landscape. 

After the "Topping Out" of Rihan Heights, the first phase of our maiden project, Arzanah, our focus in the next few months will be on the architectural and internal finishings of the apartment units including putting in the lush landscaping for the project.

Our construction programme has been running full steam despite the global financial crisis and the local market challenges in the last 2 years.We will continue with this momentum as we move towards the completion of the project. We will also work closely with the local authorities to deliver a world-class development for the Abu Dhabi community. 

I take this opportunity to thank our contractors, suppliers and the team at Capitala for their hard work and commitment to this project.I am confident that we will achieve Capitala's vision to create a new benchmark in urban Living through Rihan Heights.

We now look forward to deliver this prestigious project on time to our investors and to build a systematic programme for a smooth handover for each residential unit.
