A word from the CEO

2008 was a defining year for Capitala. We launched the company in late April and less than a month later launched our maiden project Arzanah at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, to much excitement and interest in the market.

This interest translated into solid investments as we launched the first phase of Arzanah, Rihan Heights, with 85% sell out within the first two weeks alone. We have as much, if not more, to accomplish this year and I am looking forward to working with the entire Capitala team during the exciting and challenging years ahead.
